Leicester City FC has revealed that it had signed a partnership agreement with the sports betting company 12BET. The UK football club announced on its official website the newly-signed deal and welcomed the leading international betting operator as its Official Betting Partner for the 2016/2017 season.
Harj Hir, Head of Partnerships division at Leicester City commented on the collaboration, saying that the football club’s executives were all very pleased with the fact they had managed to sign this agreement. He explained that 12BET had a “fantastic record of sponsorship in sport” and the Foxes were looking forward to working with the company thanks to its great reputation.
The recently inked contract is expected to be beneficial to both parties. To date, being a well-known brand in the betting industry has provided 12BET with the chance to enjoy a long list of partnership agreements with with top-level sports teams. Now the company is to continue this trend by striking the deal with the UK football club that is focused on defending its Premier League title.
12BET was established in 2007 as a sports betting and casino services provider. Over the last few years, the company has managed to become one of the most popular and well-recognised names in the gambling industry, and a preferred provider of in-play football betting services.
Up to date, 12BET provides its customers with competitive odds available for a great variety of sports events. The deal with Leicester City Football Club was confirmed by 12BET representative Rory Anderson. He said that winning the Premier League title had probably been the greatest achievement for the football club up to date, as well as the biggest one in the Premier League history so far.
