Gala Coral Eurobet’s Perform Live Streaming Service Goes Live in Italy

The European betting affiliate of Gala Coral Eurobet, which is currently the third largest operator in the Italian betting markets, has joined forces with the distributor of sports media rights Perform Group. Under the terms of the deal, its new live streaming product that is to be incorporated within its 200 Retail betting points located on the territory of Italy.

The Sportsbook Director of Gala Coral’s Eurobet Carlo di Maio commented on the agreement, saying that the governance of the UK-based company’s subsidiary was very happy with the upgrade of the brand’s retail sports content. According to Mr. di Maio, the fact that Eurobet Sports Channel had been introduced to their Retail operations would be beneficial for both the brand and its customers.

He also added that thanks to the new partnership deal, customers would be able to watch and bet live on the key sports competitions directly from the betting outlets – an option that is currently not offered by standards TV channels.

The content streaming collaboration between the companies is also to be backed by the sports data and insight units of Perform Group called Watch&Bet and Running Ball, which is expected to attract even more customers to the service.

Thanks to the collaboration with Perform Group, the the operations of Gala Coral’s Eurobet in Italy are expected to become more flexible. In addition, the sports content schedule is also expected to become more attractive in order to engage the brand’s retail customers.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement, the content services of Perform Group are to be granted with access to a total of 16,500 video matches, including some of the most attractive ones for local customers, such as WTA Premier and La Liga. In addition, the company will be also able to reach 100,000 match visualisations on an annual basis, not to mention the fact that live on-screen match action tracking will be incorporated.

Moreover, the major sporting competitions on a global scale such as the English Premier League will also go live with the service. Of course, football matches will not be the only content available with the service. Customers of the brand will be given the chance to enjoy reaching a variety of sports content such as basketball, tennis, cricket and ice hockey. The sports content that is planned to be broadcast in multiple languages.
