UKGC Grants Combined Remote Operating License to Kiron Interactive

The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has granted the virtual games and gaming systems supplier Kiron Interactive with a Combined Remote Operating License. This is a great news for the South African company, which signed a virtual games distribution agreement with the sports betting platform operator Digitain only a fortnight ago.

The Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kiron Interactive Steven Spartinos commented on the newly-received license, saying that the company was always focused on being one step ahead when it came to innovative gaming solutions. He also expressed his hope that the Combined Remote Operating License granted by the UK Gambling Commission would encourage potential customers to choose the South Africa-based supplier.

In addition, Mr. Spartinos shared that the company had been working in a close interaction with the UK Gambling Commission over the entire application process. In his opinion, this was exactly what marked the license as one of the greatest milestones for the company so far. The Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kiron Interactive described the newly-received acquired license as “a big step forward” for everyone in the company.

The Combined Remote Operating License granted by the UKGC to the company basically means that Kiron Interactive, which has been operating on the regulated market since 2001, would be able to provide their fixed-odds betting service for virtual sports and games online.

In addition, the Combined Remote Operating License granted to the company by the UK Gambling Commission will offer the South African developer with the chance to provide gaming operators located in the UK with its latest innovation – the BetMan Online RGS system. The latter would be fully hosted and managed in the country, especially for the local customers and will be smoothly and seamlessly integrated with their preferred player wallet systems.

The BetMan and BetMan Online RGS systems are bet management solutions used for carrying out bet acceptance in various retail venues, as well as on the Internet and on mobile devices. They are especially designed to be customer-friendly and to be easy to operate with, thanks to their intuitive interface.

The South African supplier has been one of the first companies in the virtual sports industry and has been specialising in developing remote communication virtual racing betting and skill games. Currently, Kiron Interactive has a portfolio consisting of 15 virtual games, including football, basketball, greyhound, horse and motor racing.
