NYX Gaming Expands Reach through Luckia Partnership Agreement

The leading digital gaming developer of casino, sportsbook, bingo and lottery solutions NYX Gaming Group announced that it has reached a new partnership agreement with Luckia Games SA. The contract is for a period of seven years.

The Chief Commercial Officer of NYX Gaming Group David Flynn commented on the collaboration deal, saying that Luckia was one of the fastest-growing companies operating in the regulated gaming market of Spain. He also explained that the Spanish operator had been quite successful in a number of markets, which would undoubtedly be beneficial for NYX, which would have its OGS and OPS systems integrated with Luckia.

Under the terms of the deal NYX Gaming Group is to expand its global operations to Spain due to the fact it is to provide its open gaming system, called NYX OGS, and its open platform system, called NYX OPS, to Luckia Games. The open gaming system of NYX would provide a single-integration option for Luckia to add thousands of high-quality gaming content, including poker, bingo and slots games to its portfolio. The integration includes MGA Games’ content, too.

What is more, under the terms of the partnership contract, the Spanish gambling operator is to also get access to the slots and scratch-card games that are currently provided by NYX’ wholly-owned affiliate NextGen Gaming. Luckia is to add some of the brand’s most popular titles, such as Medusa and Foxin’ Wins, to its portfolio.

Currently, the Spanish gaming provider Luckia Games is part of the largest gaming groups on the territory of the country. The company has over three and a half decades of professional experience, over which it managed to become one of the most respected gaming operators in Latin America, too. Having this in mind, the partnership deal would provide NYX Gaming with the chance to expand its reach to new territories, reaching more customers through Luckia operations worldwide.

The Chief Operating Officer of Luckia Games Marcelo Ruiz Gálvez confirmed of the partnership agreement, saying that the joint forces of the two companies would undoubtedly result in enhancing the product offering provided to Luckia’s customers. He said he greatly valued the integration of both NYX’ OGS and OPS systems for the excellent functionalities and capabilities offered by them.
