VizExplorer, leading provider of operational intelligence solutions for the gaming industry, announced it has agreed on a partnership with B2B social gaming provider OpenWager. The new deal will enable the two companies to launch VizExplorer’s SocialLink™ for OpenWager to be integrated with VizExplorer’s existing applications. The integration would allow gambling establishments to utilise social games as a means to incrementally boost on-site customer visits.
The partnership between the two companies comes as a direct result of the increasing demand for adding social games to gambling facilities’ marketing mix as this enables casinos to attract more visitors to their properties. OpenWager is among the first companies to develop a platform which allows for the operation of an extensive range of customisable social casino games and furthers their rapid delivery.
The OpenWager platform is first to be integrated with VizExplorer’s marketing tool, campaignViz™. This would provide casino marketers with the opportunity to keep track of players’ cross-channel behaviour and deliver suitable promotional offers in order to prompt more visits and boost on-property activity.
This will be followed by the future integrations with VizExplorer’s slot optimisation tool floorViz™ and its sales enablement solution, hostVizOps™. The said integrations will give casinos additional tools for player analysis, allowing them to adequately trace on-property activity and adjust their marketing offers and player development strategies accordingly.
John Cahill, Chief Executive Officer of OpenWager, expressed his satisfaction at the newly signed agreement. According to Cahill, the social gaming can potentially attract more on-property visits and help casinos extend their social and mobile offerings. Ian Bonner, Chief Executive of VizExplorer, commented the analysis of social gaming behaviour would enable marketers to connect with their player-base, helping them to better understand the needs of their customers.
VizExplorer’s SocialLink™ for OpenWager is to be showcased at the 2017 Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention, which is to take place between April 10 and April 13 at the San Diego Convention Center.
The news of VizExplorer’s agreement with OpenWager was followed by the announcement of the company’s partnership with the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Wisconsin. According to the terms of the agreement, Potawatomi Bingo Casino is to adopt hostVizOps™, VizExplorer’s sales automation and advanced player intelligence tool.
The CRM tool will provide the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino with mobile access to their player data and real-time notifications regarding on-property player activity. In addition, hostVizOps™ allows for advanced task management and will enable the casino to streamline communication with its valuable customers.
VizExplorer sealed yet another deal with Elk Valley Casino. The California-based gambling establishment has also opted for incorporating campaignViz™ into its marketing campaign management. The casino is to take advantage of VizExplorer’s smart slot maintenance tool techViz™ and the company’s greetViz™ product, which would further real-time guest service.
Another agreement was reached between VizExplorer and Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico. The license agreement enables Sandia to benefit from VizExplorer’s slot floor optimisation solution and its campaignViz™ tool to improve its marketing campaign management.
