NSoft to Integrate Beehive’s Omni-Channel Marketing Platform

The leading provider of software solutions designed for the gaming and betting industry NSoft has inked a partnership agreement with the marketing expert Beehive. Under the terms of the business-to-business deal, the omni-channel marketing platform provided by Beehive is to go live with NSoft.

The deal would make the Beehive engine available to all customers who use the NSoft gaming software platform.

The Managing Director of NSoft Mario Kristo commented on the partnership agreement, saying that NSoft remained devoted to providing gaming operators with gaming product suite of the highest quality. That was exactly why the company would still try to improve its know-how and work on the development of the SEVEN Platform and its major characteristics.

According to Mr. Kristo, the omni-channel marketing platform of Beehive would reveal a great number of possibilities across various markets, which was why the collaboration was a good choice for NSoft, especially when it comes to business-to-consumer segment‘s optimisation purposes.

Currently, NSoft holds customers base in Eastern Europe and Latin America, so the deal would undoubtedly be beneficial for Beehive as it would allow the company to expand its geographical reach to a greater extent. On the other hand, the clients of NSoft would be granted with access to the powerful engine provided by Beehive. Thanks to that engine, operators are given the opportunity to optimise their marketing campaigns by making practical use by data-driven personalised messages.

The Beehive platform that would be used by the customers of NSoft offers a one-stop solution for online gaming providers that operate in the omni-channel services sector. By signing Beehive for its high-quality platform, NSoft aims to enhance its success and become more attractive to customers in order to retain them, which has been the major problem with retail, online and mobile operators. In addition, it would be able to implement some innovative new features including the so-called Beehive Canvas and Beehive Chatbot.

Beehive Canvas is an omni-channer player journey planner, while Beehive Chatbot provides gaming operator to interact with their users via Facebook Messenger.

The deal with NSoft is the second core collaboration agreement for Beehive over the last few weeks. Only at the beginning of the month, the data-driven market expert has inked a deal with Knockout Gaming, a turnkey platform provider.

The partnership deal was confirmed by the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beehive Adi Dagan, who explained that the fact that NSoft had chosen to join forces with Beehive had come as a proof of the qualitative work his company had been doing. Mr. Dagan also explained that Beehive would continue to seek strategic business-to-business partnership agreements, as operators and white-label providers were now looking for the best marketing tools available on the market.
