GVC Holdings to Relaunch PartyCasino Brand

The leading e-gaming operator in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets GVC Holdings has revealed its intentions to once again launch its flagship casino brand in the market. Once, the PartyCasino brand was categorised as the largest online casino on a global scale, and it is now focused on regaining its former glory.

As revealed by GVC Holdings, the company is now aimed at making a complete revamp of the casino brand and its product offering in order to make sure it delivers an excellent gaming experience to guarantee players’ satisfaction and at the same time, guarantee fairness and transparency.

Jon Salmon, Group Head of Casino Brands at GVC, commented on the relaunch, saying that the main mission of the company had been to bring a new life to the PartyCasino brand. He also confirmed that the online casino design as well as the gaming experience had been improved in order for unique offering to be created, and namely, a lifestyle casino brand.

Mr. Salmon also described the Ibiza party campaign as a significant way of the company to declare the direction that it was headed to. He added that a lot of new and exciting initiatives of GVC Holdings were to follow.

The PartyCasino relaunch is being backed by a new advertising and marketing campaign, which provides customers with the opportunity to win an exclusive party in Ibiza. The commercial, which was created by the Home agency, was initially aired on June 12th and would run over the next three months on the terrestrial and satellite channels across the UK.

The brand was acquired by GVC Holdings last year. Willing to have PartyCasino established as a separate brand which features its own identity, GVC put new management team to head the brand. In addition, a process of massive overhaul in the brand’s customer offer was started in order for the product line-up of the website to be updated. Hundreds of new games were added to the expanded offering of the PartyCasino brand, too.

What is more, the PartyCasino website is to be offered in different variations available for customers who use both desktop and mobile devices. A new logo is also included in the overhaul of the brand, as well as improved colour schemes. All areas of the customer experience have been reviewed and updated in order for the online casino brand to offer an improved experience. As mentioned above, GVC Holdings and PartyCasino have been committed to provide their customers with transparency in terms of the brand’s promotional offers, as well as with better and quicker customer service and reduced withdrawal times.

Recently, GVC Holdings has been aimed at bolstering its presence on a global scale. The company has been aiming to ink new partnership agreements, as well as to add some new products to its brands’ offering. At the beginning of June, it has revealed that it is to enter the Russian Federation with its bwin-branded sports betting product.
