The Clermont Club was established in the 1960s. It was the first venue John Aspinall founded with the aim of hosting the British aristocracy and celebrities. At the beginning, the admissions for the club were based on applicants’ position in society. Some applicants were admitted because of their great gambling skills.

In 1972, the Club was acquired by Playboy. Now it belongs to an Asian casino mogul and expectations are similar luxurious venues to be established in Malaysia and Singapore in 2016.

Forty years after its establishment, the Clermont Club remains one of the most sought after gambling spots in London as it offers gambling and dining facilities that can be found nowhere else.

The casino has a unique architecture, which further adds to the notion it is one of the upper class gambling lounges in London.

The venue is based at 44 Berkeley Square in LONDON W1J 5AR, Po Box 925, Bath Road, UXBRIDGE UB8 9GJ.

Membership Info

The right to enter the Clermont Club premises is granted to members only. In order to apply for a membership, you are required to contact the venue representatives. Unlike some other casinos that allow the applicants submit the paperwork online, players willing to get a membership at Clermont Club have to apply in person.

Having a membership does not mean you will be allowed to come in unless you are appropriately dressed. The dress code is a suit and a tie for men and elegant gowns for women.

The lounge is the perfect place for entertaining your business partners, friends or clients. It ensures privacy and a plethora of convenient facilities. In addition, you can taste authentic meals from the international cuisine.
