Playson to Develop Casino Games with Ukraine’s Lucky Labs

UK Gambling Commission-licensed casino game developer Playson has partnered Ukrainian technology company Lucky Labs, the two parties announced on Wednesday. Their collaboration will see Playson’s suite of both desktop and mobile games boost its new partner’s own offering.

The two companies will also work closely together to develop new gaming titles for the international online gambling industry. They will create custom game designs for operators that opt for customized and personalized gaming content for their customers. As mentioned above, Playson games will be distributed to existing and new Lucky Labs clients. The Malta-based gaming studio currently offers more than 40 Flash and HTML5 titles for desktop and mobile, respectively.

This has not been the first time that the two gaming developers have partnered. In the past, Playson and Lucky Labs have developed player-favourite games such as Double Joker Poker, Happy Jungle, and Gold Rush.

Lucky Labs was founded in 2006 and has gradually grown into one of the largest technology companies and gaming developers to be providing their solutions around Europe. The company’s portfolio includes more than 100 online casino games. These are suitable for both desktop and hand-held devices and can easily be integrated into different platforms.

Commenting on the recently penned agreement with Playson, Lucky Labs Co-Founders Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov said that it has always been their main goal to attract innovative international software developers. The executives further dwelt that they are happy to see their company grow in international gambling markets by joining forces with businesses that provide high-end gaming content.

Of their latest partner, the Lucky Labs Co-Founders said that they are looking forward to developing games for Playson, as the latter has grown into a leader in “an incredible niche” within the gambling industry.

Lucky Labs has previously revealed that it plans to spend up to £25 million on strategic acquisitions in the UK, Germany, and Latvia. The company will mainly focus on acquiring start-ups in the gambling industry.

Based in Malta and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, Playson provides more than 40 desktop and mobile casino games and related solutions for both the online and land-based gambling industry. Its portfolio includes slots, online versions of popular table games, skill-based games, and social casino options. They all boast high definition graphics and innovative technology, as the company itself has presented its product offering.
