The leading provider of Server Based Gaming (SBG) systems and various casino, sports betting, bingo and VLT games Inspired Gaming Group continues to be following its strategy for expansion in global regulated markets.
The UK-based company announced that its lard-based Virtual Sports product have received certification in association with the bookmaker William Hill and the Nevada Gaming Control Board after passing the technical field trial.
The Chief Commercial Officer of the Digital Games division at Inspired Steve Rogers commented on the certification, saying that was a great news for the company’s business, as the supplier would be able to bring its vast product portfolio to more venues in the US. Mr. Rogers also revealed that expansion on the territory of the US was one of the key strategic objectives for the company, which was exactly why the entire team of the supplier was very excited to extend their presence in that market.
This is the first time when such Virtual Sports products are to be brought into effective action not only in the state of Nevada, but also in the US. The certification comes to reaffirm the operator as the leader in this field on a global scale. Thanks to that, the entire suite of Virtual Sports products is to be offered across William Hill Nevada Casino Sportsbook venues over the upcoming 2017. The Virtual Sports offerings of Inspired Gaming would be provided in Casino sportsbook areas alongside live sports. In addition, customers would be offered the chance to place real-time bets via the CBS platform of William Hill.
This is not the only news around Inspired Gaming Group, still. The company has also inked an agreement with Global Starnet. Under the terms of the deal, Inspired is to integrate the VLT terminals and games of Global Starnet to its Open Platform technology.
The Chief Executive Officer of Inspired Luke Alvarez said that the company predicted a great opportunity to reach further growth in the Italian regulated market thanks to its collaboration with Global Starnet. According to Mr. Alvarez, the agreement came as a proof that Inspired was fully committed to its strategy for expanding its operations and making further investments.
Thanks to the deal, the UK-based supplier is to further expand its product suite. The number of terminals connected to the Open Platform of the company is expected to increase by 50% over the next two years. In addition, the two companies are expected to bolster its positions in the VLT market of Italy, reaching more than 3,000 terminals in the Global Starnet estate.
