Launching a Nationwide Awareness Effort

The French gambling regulator ANJ, in collaboration with the sports management platform SportEasy, has introduced a fresh campaign directed at increasing awareness of the risks linked to sports betting. Designed specifically for the amateur sports community, this initiative seeks to offer guidance and promote responsible gaming behaviors among both individual players and sports clubs.

Program Structure and Support

Within the framework of this campaign, 14 amateur clubs located throughout France are set to be chosen as central figures in the initiative. Although their names have not been disclosed, these clubs will serve as prevention ambassadors, relaying important messages to their communities. To reinforce their outreach, organizers will supply each club with sports kits emblazoned with key awareness slogans and messages.

Financial grants of €450 per club have been allocated to contribute to operational expenses and project funding related to the campaign. Altogether, 196 kits are scheduled for distribution, and the clubs will collectively receive €6,300 in monetary support.
