Key Moments:

  • BETER received a Vendor Minor License from the Colorado Division of Gaming.

  • This development marks BETER’s second regulatory approval in the U.S., following New Jersey earlier this year.

Regulatory Progress in Colorado

BETER, known for its instant-betting content and real-time data solutions for esports and sports, has been awarded a Vendor Minor License by the Colorado Division of Gaming. This approval allows BETER to provide its suite of live data and streaming products to licensed operators within Colorado.

Product Debuts and Partnership with bet365

With this license, BETER’s ESportsBattle tournaments, which include popular disciplines like eFootball and eBasketball, along with its Setka Cup table tennis events, have been introduced to the Colorado market. Both offerings are now accessible on the Colorado platform of bet365, a longstanding BETER partner with operations spanning multiple U.S. states.

This launch signifies a milestone for BETER, as ESportsBattle tournaments are available to players in the U.S. for the first time.

Expansion in the U.S. Market

Colorado becomes the second state where BETER has secured regulatory approval, following the Vendor Registration it was granted by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) in April. The New Jersey license enabled BETER to roll out its Setka Cup table tennis series in that state earlier this year.

BETER’s Operational Capabilities and Market Approach

BETER provides continuous live streaming, up-to-the-moment data, and highly accurate odds for approximately 700,000 events each year across a range of esports and sports arenas. Its service includes up to 50 betting markets per event, with operator margins averaging over 7.5%.

Leadership Statements

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, said:

“This is another milestone moment for BETER as we continue to expand our presence across the United States, a market where we see huge demand for our next-gen products.

The U.S. is considered one of the most tightly regulated markets in the world, so securing approval in Colorado is a testament to the dedication of our legal team and the outstanding quality of our products, especially in terms of integrity and adherence to the rules of fair play.

It’s an honor to launch in Colorado with bet365, an esteemed partner of ours and one of the top brands in the U.S. market, making its Colorado players the first in the country to access ESportsBattle tournaments.”

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added:

“It is an important step for BETER, and it aligns with our wider strategy of securing approvals and launching our exclusive products for bettors across all key regulated U.S. states.

As always, I would like to thank our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, for supporting our licensing efforts in Colorado and for their continued work with us as we actively pursue licenses in other U.S. jurisdictions, including such states as North Carolina, Arizona, Indiana, and others.”
