Integrated Casino Management Unveiled
At the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) revealed its latest unified casino management solution, offering operators a single, modular system to control their entire gaming floor. Exhibiting at Booth 4405 at The Venetian Expo, the Belgium-based company demonstrated streamlined operations with a focus on enhancing both player engagement and operational efficiency.
Executive Chairman Jurgen De Munck stated, “Our goal at G2E was simple: to show how operators can run their entire casino floor from one consolidated, scalable system. We’ve always placed the player first, but that starts with empowering the operator to manage infrastructure and communication intelligently and flexibly.”
Mobile-First Tools and Operator Features
DRGT’s mobile-first suite was positioned as a major differentiator, creating seamless connectivity among staff, players, and core systems. The drServiceHub offered a real-time dashboard for event monitoring and remote troubleshooting, while the drManagementApp enabled floor managers to check occupancy, receive notifications, and switch venues with only a smartphone.
Integration with external point-of-sale systems allowed patrons to spend loyalty points or use digital wallets directly on-site. The drKiosk self-service terminal was demonstrated for user-driven reward redemption, account management, and purchasing food or drinks without employee involvement.
For players, the drPlayerApp delivered registration, cashless wallet features, up-to-date jackpot tracking, and tiered loyalty information via mobile devices. According to CEO Marco Herrera, “The feedback on our mobile-first tools was overwhelmingly positive. We’ve built these apps not as bolt-ons, but as native parts of the DRGT™ ecosystem; it all flows through the same platform; there’s no fragmentation.”
Floor Management, Analytics, and Media Control
The drFloorManager web tool gave operators live visualizations of gaming floor activity, including heatmaps, machine status, and player trends. Content management capabilities were highlighted with the drMediaManager, supporting synchronized distribution of video, live TV, and jackpot broadcasts to various screens and devices.
An 8.8-inch drScreenUltra interface functioned as the primary user touchpoint, combining cash transactions, loyalty information, and personalized promotions.
DRGT’s analytical and promotional suite included drRewards, managing raffles, jackpots, and incentives from a central hub, and drAnalytics, which offered tailored reports regarding player behavior and machine performance using real-time data.
Herrera commented, “All of our tools work together in real time; that’s our differentiator. This system is already live in multiple jurisdictions. At G2E, we weren’t pitching concepts, we were demonstrating results.”
System-Driven Jackpots and Landmark Case Study
A notable innovation at the booth was DRGT’s system-driven jackpot technology. By removing traditional hardware controllers, operators could now use the drSMIB mesh network to configure jackpots directly within the casino system, supporting setups based on coin-in volume, loyalty tiers, and time-based triggers.
Mexico Managing Director Alfredo Moreno explained, “Operators can configure a jackpot based on coin-in volume, time of day, loyalty tier, time of day… You name it, and then apply it instantly across their floor. And because it’s built into the system, it works seamlessly across all touchpoints.”
A real-world example was provided with a partnership between DRGT and APEX Gaming, resulting in Mexico’s first symbol-driven national wide-area progressive jackpot system. The solution now connects 17 casinos and 128 Clover Link Elements machines, enabling synchronized jackpots and dynamic media campaigns through drMediaManager.
De Munck described the milestone: “That project was a landmark for us. It combined jackpot logic, player engagement, and media delivery across multiple venues, all using our existing infrastructure. It’s a live example of how flexible and scalable our system really is.”
Moreno added, “In Mexico, we’re using tools like drFloorManager and drAnalytics every day. We adjust layouts, trigger jackpots, and track gameplay and player behaviour in real time. The insights are immediate — and the operational impact is tangible.”
Single Platform Vision Demonstrated
CEO Marco Herrera commented on market demand: “Operators are tired of stitching together disconnected systems. They need flexibility, insight, and speed; we offer that single solution, one login, and one vision. G2E gave us the perfect stage to show that in action.”
Executive Chairman Jurgen De Munck concluded, “This wasn’t about what we’re planning to do; it was about what we’re already doing.”
