Since co-founding Northern Lights Gaming in 2017 alongside Andrew Goodale, Ed Pattman has been instrumental in guiding the studio’s evolution from a two-person venture to a team exceeding 30 professionals. The company now boasts a catalog of over 40 games, including its widely recognized Unusual Suspects series.
In his most recent role as Game Producer, Pattman supervised all aspects of game development, from initial concepts through to product launch. As Head of Studio, he will lead both the production and creative departments, helping to sustain Northern Lights Gaming’s status for innovation and excellence.

Ed Pattman will be backed by Scott Newby, who now serves as Head of Games. In this capacity, Scott will take charge of guiding the studio’s creative direction and overseeing product strategy.
