Arildsson’s Extensive Financial Experience
Marcus Arildsson joins Codere Online with a background that encompasses more than 25 years in international finance. His career began in London with Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch, where he played a leading role in facilitating over €9 billion worth of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and equity-linked transactions. Subsequently, he spent 12 years at Arcano Partners in Madrid, offering guidance to corporate entities and financial sponsors in transactions exceeding €5 billion across mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity deals.

Arildsson has held Chief Financial Officer and executive committee positions at Millenium Hospitality Real Estate, which manages a €700 million portfolio as a listed REIT, and has also been part of the leadership teams at Sonae Sierra and Ladorian, a company focused on retail media technology.
