- The partnership will offer game outcomes, player props, and season-long futures for the NFL, NBA, and international soccer.
- Pikkit plans to launch the integration before the upcoming NFL season in September.
Strategic Partnership Between ProphetX and Pikkit
ProphetX continues to expand its business-to-business segment through a new partnership with Pikkit, a sports tracking and analytics platform. As part of the deal, Pikkit users will gain access to sports event contracts powered by ProphetX. Pikkit helps sports enthusiasts track activity and compare outcomes across betting and daily fantasy platforms. The company reports a user base in the hundreds of thousands.
Integration of Prediction Markets into Pikkit
Initially, ProphetX will make several prediction markets available through Pikkit. These markets will cover game results, player props, and season-long futures. ProphetX will execute all contracts on its Commodity Futures Trading Commission-regulated exchange.
ProphetX Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Jake Benzaquen said, “Pikkit’s community is made up of the most engaged traders in the country — people who track every result and know exactly where their edge comes from.”
“Partnering with Pikkit gives that community direct access to a federal exchange where the crowd sets the price and every participant competes on a level playing field, instead of against the house,” Benzaquen added.
Advancing B2B Objectives Post-Funding
The partnership strengthens ProphetX’s B2B strategy following its $35 million funding round last month. CEO and Co-Founder Dean Sisun previously highlighted significant opportunities to provide prediction market infrastructure to other businesses.
ProphetX still operates a direct-to-consumer platform. However, the company increasingly focuses on providing technology to brokerages, retail apps, and other platforms with established audiences.
In July, ProphetX launched its first integration with Players’ Lounge, a skill-based gaming platform. After the funding announcement, Sisun said ProphetX had secured a “handful” of new partnerships. He also indicated that more collaborations would follow in the coming months. The Pikkit partnership marks the first of those deals.
Pikkit’s Perspective and Launch Timeline
Pikkit Co-Founder and Co-CEO Pranav Tadikonda said, “Our users are already doing the work — tracking their trades and comparing venues to find the best price. ProphetX gives us a regulated, exchange-based way to put that analysis to work.”
The Pikkit integration is scheduled to launch before the upcoming NFL season in September. It will initially offer markets covering the NFL, NBA, and international soccer.
