Fedor Holz to Participate in Celebrity Cash Kings

Fedor Holz has been confirmed as a participant in the next Celebrity Cash Kings tournament that is to take place in August 2016. The 23-year-old German poker pro who currently occupies the first position in the GIP ranking with a total score of 4,727.63 points is to take part in the latest edition of the tournament regardless of the rumours he could soon step away from professional poker play.

The young poker player is not the only participant confirmed at this time. Other players who are expected to be present at the Celebrity Cash Kings tournaments are: Tobias Reinkemeier, Rob Yong, Dan Cates, Jesper Hourgaard, Jan Peter Jachtmann and Roberto Romanello.

Of course, Holz is currently among the most-discussed players, considering the fact he had a really fantastic start of 2016. The 23-year-old player earned a total of $4,981,775 as well as his first gold bracelet after winning the $111,111 High Roller for One Drop at the 47th edition of the WSOP that took place at the beginning of July 2016.

Before that, Fedor Holz got third in the No Limit Hold’em tournament of Aria Super High Roller 10. He also took part in the No Limit Hold’em tournament of Aria High Roller 34 and ranked first, with earnings of $276,012. The German poker pro also won the first place in the Aria High Roller 32’s No Limit Hold’em, as well as in the No Limit Hold’em tournament of the Super High Roller 9 that took place at Aria Resort & Casino on June 3rd and 4th, 2016.

Currently, Holz occupies the first position in the Global Poker Index Ranking, with all-time winnings amounting to $18,495,174.

The above-mentioned tournament is to kick off on August 14th in the largest poker room on the territory of Europe, which is currently located in the Czech Republic. The Celebrity Cash Kings is aimed especially at high rollers.

The cash game festival is to take place for three days until August 17th and will feature not only several land-based cash game tables, but also a table that is to be streamed online. The latter was announced as a No-Limit Hold’em table with €50/€100 blinds, but the organizers of the poker event have said that a change to pot-limit Omaha is possible. They also left the possibility for the blinds to be increased upon players’ consent.

The owner of King’s Casino Leon Tsoukernik said that this year’s line-up would be great with a large number of player who would be participating in the tournament in Rozvadov. He also said he was particularly glad to see the return of Fedor Holz to the place where he had literally started from.
