The second stop of the tournament is to be held over a period of ten days, featuring a variety of events with different buy-ins and prize pools. Action is to start on August 17th with a $365 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool estimated to $30,000.

As mentioned above, the twelve days of play will see several poker events featuring various costs in the range from $250 to $3,250 in order to provide players with different bankrolls join the WSOP Circuit. A total of 12 ring events are scheduled over the 12 days of play, with only one non-no-limit hold’em event included in the schedule – the $365 Omaha 8 or Better tournament.

Despite the fact that $365 and $580 buy-ins are considered as the most common prices for an entry at a WSOP Circuit event, there are a number of other notable events that are worth joining. WSOP Circuit Foxwood will see two $250 buy-in events – the Seniors and the Ladies tournaments, both of which offer unlimited re-entry option and are not count toward Circuit Leaderboard points. The Seniors Event is set to start on August 23rd, while the Ladies Event is to begin two days later, on August 25th.

Apart from the Seniors and Ladies tournaments, the second stop of the 2017/2018 World Series of Poker Circuit will also see two very exciting events to kick off. Undoubtedly, it is the Main Event which is the most expected tournament at every stop of the Circuit Series. This time, it is to start at Foxwoods Casino, featuring a buy-in of $1,675 and a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000. The Main Event of each series’ stop offer one re-entry per flight, which basically means that players are given up to four chances to get further.

Another event worth joining is the No-Limit Hold’em High Roller event, offering a buy-in of $3,250. It is to be held on August 27th.

An interesting fact is that the events which offer a re-entry option have become extremely popular among players over the years, as they offer unlimited re-entry option over every flight’s registration.

Apart from the large number of events featured over the second stop of 2017/2018 WSOP Circuit, the player who manages to receive the largest number of points over the 12 days of play will be crowned as the Casino Champion for the Foxwoods stop. Traditionally, the Main Event’s winner as well as the Casino Champion are to be granted with a free seat into the Global Casino Championship that is to be held on the following year.
